Caves of Sapphire
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Made for Procjam2023. This was an exercise in map generation, using Godot's built in viewport methods to draw an image that was sampled and turned into a Terarria-esque cave crawler. There are a bunch of nodes generated, then I implemented Prim's algorithm to create a tree to connect each point so every point is visit-able and interesting to get to.
Art help from Ian Skinner. There's more roguelite gameplay planned but not really implemented yet.
